Aftermarket intake. Like I said, when your recirculating, the type of intake you have has more of an effect on the sound then the actual BOV

Well since mine is plastic im not sure it will sheild the sound very well lol. So I believe your right an aftermarket metal one will be best. Any guages you guys think are nessacry would be benficial. I know I want at minium a boost, a/f ratio, collant temp, and tranny temp.

gauges are all of what you want really.
I have a boost and will be getting a oil temp and oil pressure.  after that... I have not decided.
my turbo timer also reads out my a/f ratio ... so I am good there.

You prolly wont need a coolant temp one too bad, but the tranny one most likely. Id get an AEM Uego Wideband, boost, oil temp

yeah I agree dont think coolant temp would be to important.
but oil temp is a must, boost gauge... and I suggest the AEM electric boost gauge.

Yeah but why an electric boost controller over manual? What justifies me paying that price difference?

I think they were talking about electronic boost gauges, not controllers.

Oh ok. I have found the gauges I like and im going with........... Prosport Evo Series. Not because it says evo, although it is an added bonus. They are some nice looking digital gauges and my plan is to do the red to make the existing led's in the cluster. Yes I know prosport isnt the gauge maker they are just the supplier I will be purchasing from unless I can find a better price elsewhere. I just havent had a huge chance to look around yet.

I have prosport gauges in my car. I just got the regular amber/white ones though. They are made to look like defi gauges which I wanted because they match our factory gauges pretty well but the prosports are much much cheaper. They are actually located down the street from were I work in Clearwater. When I ordered them, they were at my door the next day. lol. I approve of supporting the local business. :P
