More info on that dash kit? I have been wanting to do the same exact thing but I've been unsure which company to go with. How was the installation? I like the smoked turn signals too. Did you buy them or smoke them yourself?

Only a few people knew about this. But about 2 weeks ago a work truck decided they didnt need to tie down any of their equipment while traveling on the highway at about 70 miles hour so as their **** starting spilling out of the freeway and a giant wheelbarrow smashed into the front of the car destroying the Evo nose, gouging the hood and denting the living the hell out of the drivers quarter panel and also leaving reisue of whatever they had in the barrel on the car. The Irony is this happen on my way to pick up my new OEM Evo X hood. My jobs bodyshop did one hell of a job repairing everything and color matching the hood. They even managed to get my insurance to pay for paiting the new hood instead of repairing the stock one. Damn this hood is light i noticed the difference weight the second i drove the car.

Heres a quickshot will take some better pics when i have a chance or when i recieve the next round of mods i have on the way.

New Depo projectors hopefully going in this weekend. They are for halogen so i am going to try halogen bulbs to see what they look like and also modify them for HID use and see which one i like better.

Awesome! They don't happen to come with blacked out housings by any chance? How much did they cost you? Can they come HID ready?

Depo announed they will come out with Bi xenon eventually but no word when they will be released.

They cost about $340 shipped

The inside of the housing is blacked out but the shroud and surrounding parts are not. You would have to open them up in order to black the rest out.

These are for halogen but it would be easy to MOD them for HID. The only thing you have to do is drill a hole in the back of the cap that covers the low beam portion so you can run the ballast wires out the back seal it up and you are done.

Not bad.

I was considering getting these eventually.

Dont waste your money the fitment is not good on those and the plug does not fit 100% you have to modify it a bit to get them to work with the stock lighting plug. But if you dont mind that go for it. I just wanted something that look cleaner.
